so first we're gonna talk about this 長 character.
Ｎａｇａｉ－ｉ（長い）＝Ｌｏｎｇ. This character means Long as Long hair,Long road. This also means Leader if you associate with some specific character like 社長 means Chairman of the Company. remember the Year (年)-Long Year = 長年.Practice the stroke for you to make the nice shape.Good luck. Have a nice day:)
